Having had braces as a teenager but not wearing my retainer, my dentist explained I had ortho relapse, this meant my teeth had moved (apparently teeth are constantly moving), I never considered fixing my teeth until my dentist told me about Active Aligners. 5 months later I’m happy to say my gaps are closed whilst almost no one noticed I was wearing clear aligners.
